This manual helps guide you through the wine making process starting with grape arrival and ending with the distribution of wine into member’s carboys or barrels in the case of a small winery. The most important points, “what to do” and “when to do it” are the principle features of the book. The “whys” are referenced but the focus is on the end result, making great wine.

While some books can be too simple and others are very technical, requiring a chemist to decipher, Start Making Great Wine is easy to understand and implement.
